Peppermint Leaves
INCI: Mentha piperita
Peppermint is part of the mint botanical family (genus: Mentha). A cup of peppermint tea, made from Dried Peppermint Leaves, can help alleviate a headache or upset stomach, indigestion, flatulence, and cold and flu symptoms.
