INCI: Sambucus Nigra Flower
Elder Flowers are used in the preparation of an ointments and salves, a DIY remedy for bruises, sprains, chilblains, for use as a moisturiser, and for applying to wounds.
Elder Flowers uses
- Helps skin rashes, diaper rash, chapped hands, eczema and measles
- Can be added to baths for sunburn relief
