• Do not apply to broken, irritated, or damaged skin.
• A warming or cooling sensation may occur and is normal. Discontinue use if excessive irritation, burning, redness, or discomfort develops.
• Patch test recommended before first use, especially for sensitive skin or if you are sensitive to essential oils.
• Do not use under occlusive dressings or with heat sources, such as heating pads, as this may increase skin irritation.
• Wash hands thoroughly after application.
• Avoid use immediately after bathing, shaving, or exfoliation, when the skin may be more sensitive.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• If pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a healthcare professional before use.
